The feeling that I’m getting from Omeka is that this question will be most easily clarified as we work with the program more. It seems that Omeka is a handy tool for presenting and organizing the components of an online exhibit, buts its strengths and weaknesses are only going to become apparent when we tinker with it. Either way, I think that this will be an interesting question to return to at the end of the semester when we can compare notes.
